Our Mission

Xtego exists to bring glory to God through providing technology-based solutions to its customers needs. Our mission is important to us.  So much so that it gets its own page!  Click here to read more about our mission.

Xtego is a sole-proprietorship (DBA XTEGO) was started in 2005 by a small team of college students with a desire to build computers using high quality, name brand components at a cheaper price than the big guys. This desire has grown to include services in networking, web design, and web content management. Xtego is a Christian owned and operated company, and is also proud to serve the greater Williamsport area in central Pennsylvania. Our resources include professional photographers, marketing and design experts, Microsoft Certified technicians, and network and systems administrators with over twenty years of combined experience. In 2006, Xtego partnered with Fusebox Studios to help better serve our customers with added audio and video systems support and expanded web management and hosting solutions.

Xtego has a combined IT experience of over 20 years.  We don’t like to brag, but information technology is what we do, and we’re good at it.  From networks, to computers, to websites, to email; if it has a keyboard and a monitor it’s our second nature.

Our Network

Xtego maintains a distributed network of servers in secured facilities.  Services are continually monitored for issues and responsiveness.  We’re proud to report that our website and email services sustain greater than a 99.9% up-time.

Customer Service

With Xtego, you have a single, local point of contact.  No more waiting on hold or dealing with foreign tech support.  Most issues are resolved within minutes, and service calls are often scheduled the same day.  We guarantee your satisfaction.  If you’re unhappy, we’ll make it right.  It’s as simple as that.

We’ve partnered with some of the biggest names in the business to provide your company with the best resources available.  These are companies such as Microsoft, Dell, Synology, and Fusebox Studios, and Ubiquiti just to name a few.
