2026 Pricing CHanges
Beginning January 1, 2026
As we look ahead to 2026, we want to inform you of upcoming changes to our pricing and service structure that will take effect on January 1, 2026.

Website Hosting Plan Name Changes
We are changing the names of our hosting plans to better reflect each plan’s benefits as well as to distinguish the target client for each plan.
Existing Plan Names:
- Website Hosting Starter
- Website Starter + Maintenance
- Website Plus
New Plan Names:
- Website Essentials
- Website Care
- Website Protect
- Website Complete – This is a new bundled plan for 2026 including local listings SEO management, a feature that was previously offered as an addon.
Our new plans are broken up into two categories: DIY hosting (Website Essentials) and Fully-Managed Hosting (Care, Protect, and Complete)

Customers’ hosting plans will be migrated to the new names for the January 2026 billing cycle.
- Website Hosting Starter –> Website Essentials
- Website Starter + Maintenance –> Website Care
- Website Plus –> Website Protect
Customers on other legacy plans, such as dedicated hosting plans will not be migrated
Pricing Changes
Only the price of the Website Hosting Starter plan is changing for 2026. It will increase from $24 to $25 under the new name Website Essentials.
Hourly Service Rate
This is an area where we are introducing the most comprehensive changes. Previously, our hourly rates for website and IT services were set at the same price. However, this model was inconsistent with industry standards. We now have separate rates for Website-Related Service and IT-Related Service. Furthermore, we’re introducing discounted rates for prepaid time (retainer services) and for clients who have active management plans for IT or website services.

IT PC Management
We are making changes to our IT technical stack that we deploy to client computers to help us manage, update, and secure PCs. While we’re introducing new optional products into the stack, clients with existing managed computers can continue to run the existing standard stack which includes: automated Windows patching, Antivirus, and End Point Detection and Response.
Previous Standard PC Stack Pricing: $11.15/computer/month
2026 PC Management Pricing: $13.99/computer/month
Non Profit Pricing
Beginning in 2026, we’re excited to introduce special pricing for non-profit organizations—both new and existing customers. This program reflects our commitment to supporting ministries and organizations that create positive change in our community.
This new program introduces a discount on certain Xtego projects, products, and services including our new managed web hosting plans, hourly service, and PC management services. For details on this new program, please call our office.
What is not changing?
The cost of domain registration renewals is driven by the industry standard and by governing organzations such as ICANN. These prices can rise from time to time, but typically are only incremental. At this time, we have not been notified of any upcoming pricing changes for domains.
Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace pricing is driven by those organizations. Our standard pricing reflects the MSRP of these products.
Digital signage and phone service pricing is not changing at this time.
