Availability
Xtego cannot guarantee the availably of all gift cards.  In the event a gift card is selected that cannot be acquired by Xtego, we will contact you for an alternative selection. 

Who May Be Referred
You may refer potential businesses or residential customers to Xtego a maximum of one time within a given 180 day period.  There is no limit to the number of potential customers you may refer.   You may NOT refer existing Xtego customers.  You may NOT refer potential customers who reside at the same physical address as you do.  For example, a husband may not refer his wife who lives in the same house.  You may NOT refer a potential customer who resides at the same address as an existing Xtego customer.  In the event a person or business is referred more than once by different Xtego customers within a 180 day period the referral payment will be paid to the first referral on file. 

Payment
Xtego will promptly begin processing referral rewards after the referred customer has paid for services rendered.  The gift card will be mailed to the address provided when the existing Xtego customer submitted the referral.  Though most referral rewards are mailed out immediately, please allow 3-4 weeks for processing. 

Expiration
Referrals made through the website are valid for a period of 180 days.  The referred customer must request service from Xtego no later than 180 days from the time the referral was made through the website.  Requests for server received after the 180 day period will not be considered referred customers. 

Validity
Existing customers wishing to refer potential customers to Xtego are encouraged to do so prior to the potential customer requesting service from Xtego.  Referrals made prior to the potential customer requesting service from Xtego are valid for a period of 180 days.  Existing customers may submit referral requests no later than 14 days after the potential customer requested service from Xtego.  Referrals made after 14 days will not be honored. Potential customers referred to Xtego must request an Xtego service including but not limited to, on-site computer repair, off-site computer repair, network consultation, website design, website or email hosting. Potential customers who ONLY request hardware purchases from Xtego will NOT be considered valid for this program.

Cancellation
Xtego reserves the right to deny referral rewards to any customer for any reason.  Customers who attempt to abuse this program in any way may be denied rewards.  Xtego also reserves the right to cancel this program at any time without notice.
